The Berkley Re team based in Latin American (LATAM) provides facultative reinsurance solutions in the areas of General/Products Liability, Products Recall, Professional Liability, D&O, BBB & Crime. We proudly serve our clients in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Comprised of highly skilled and respected underwriters who have vast experience in the region, our mission is to provide our clients with underwriting and claims expertise, A+ paper, local knowledge and traditional and nontraditional solutions to transfer of risk.
We are strategically located in two offices within the region (Miami and Bogota); which allows us to always be close to our clients while at the same time continuing to be one unified team.
The Berkley Re team in Latin America is divided into two distinct divisions: Casualty & Financial Lines. Both are managed by highly qualified individuals. Jaime Aramburo manages the Financial Lines team while Juan Dupuy manages the Casualty team. Both units are complemented by our Claims Team which is managed by Tatiana Correa.
