Chief Claims Officer
Cass Davis is responsible for managing all aspects of program claims from strategic direction to operational excellence, quality management and analytics. With extensive corporate and insurance carrier experience that includes working for Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Davis’ claims knowledge spans both commercial and personal insurance as well as multiple product lines. Mr. Davis offers 24 years of claims experience in the insurance industry including program claims management, complex litigation management, auditing and TPA administration. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Western Illinois University.
Assistant Vice President
Scott Truss is Assistant Vice President and a member of the Claims team. Scott provides claims support on all lines of business, with particular focus on our Custom Turnkey products. Scott has previously worked for two syndicates within the Lloyds of London market on an admitted and non-admitted basis, predominantly handling Professional Liability and Management Liability claims as primary lead.
Scott earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Loughborough University in the UK and also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Secondary Education.
Pamela Gibney is Assistant Secretary and a member of the Claims team. Pam provides claims support on all lines of business. Pam previously worked for Crawford & Company as a Claims Supervisor and an independent adjuster handling property and casualty claims. Prior to that Pam worked at Graham Miller International as an independent adjuster handling entertainment, fine arts and property and casualty claims.
Pam earned her undergraduate degree at Marymount College in Tarrytown, NY.
